NetClass Technology Inc has entered into a strategic collaboration with Macau Konghon Biomedical Technology Development Group Co., Ltd., marking an important step in applying artificial intelligence technologies to botanical drug research and development.

Under the framework agreement, NetClass will deploy its AI platform capabilities to support key stages of botanical drug research, including formulation screening, ingredient optimization, data analysis, and outcome prediction, with the aim of enhancing research efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Macau Konghon Biomedical Technology Development Group will contribute its expertise in bio-fermentation, cellular nutrition technologies, and laboratory-based botanical drug research, focusing on experimental validation and selected pre-clinical research activities.

The collaboration will initially focus on botanical drug research in high-impact areas such as prostate health, liver health, and reproductive system health, with selected projects expected to progress in stages and the aim of initiating clinical trials for certain candidates beginning in 2026.

This collaboration underscores NetClass’s continued expansion of its AI platform into life-science research and other high-value, research-driven domains, reflecting the Company’s long-term focus on applying AI technologies to regulated and knowledge-intensive industries.
